Yin yoga for bigger bodies – with Magdalena Mecweld
Another request from my dear followers! Bigger bodies are often stiff and difficult to stretch. We start softly but also use positions like The Dragon that increases the flow in the body. Use pillows as help and support. Remember to stay in the positions for at least three minutes. Breathe relax and rest afterwards in Savasana.
